Musicians Corner, a free, weekly summertime concert series held in Nashville’s Centennial Park is gearing up for its 2017 season, and HOLY BUCKETS, Y’ALL! This lineup is the absolute business!
The two-day Kick Off Celebration begins on May 12th and 13th, and Musicians Corner has announced 18 additional artists who will perform on the Lightning 100 Acoustic Stage and 12 Acoustic Friday Night Openers. Main Stage performers were announced in early April and include Langhorne Slim, John Paul White, Margaret Glaspy, Rayland Baxter, Carl Broemel of My Morning Jacket, The Cactus Blossoms, Leyla McCalla, Jim Lauderdale, K.S. Rhoads & Jill Andrews and Charles “Wigg” Walker. Amy Stroup has been added to the May 12 lineup and Liz Cooper & The Stampede has been added to the June 9th lineup. Events feature multi-genre performances, food trucks, Musicians Corner Pub, local artisan vendors, Kidsville activities, Dog of the Day, and Featured Charity Partners. Events take place from 5 – 9 PM on Fridays and from 12 – 6 PM on Saturdays.
