Alexandra Kay’s journey from viral coffee-cover singer to rising country headliner is marked by raw honesty, resilience, and a signature blend of modern twang and classic storytelling. With over 8.5 million social followers and a breakout role on Netflix’s Westside, she’s built a dedicated fanbase by sharing her personal highs and lows—including the emotional aftermath of her divorce—through heartfelt songwriting and social connection.

Her 2023 debut album All I’ve Ever Known hit No. 1 on iTunes’ All Genre and Country charts and cracked the Top 10 on Billboard’s Country Album, Emerging Artist, and HeatSeeker charts—all independently. In 2024, she joined Jelly Roll’s Beautifully Broken Arena Tour and landed her first major motion picture soundtrack feature on Twisters: The Album.

Now signed to BBR Music Group/BMG Nashville, Kay is teasing her next full-length project with a spirited new single, “Cupid’s A Cowgirl.” Co-written with Thrasher Gruft and Cheyanna Rose Arnspiger, the track is an upbeat sing-along that blends confident charm with Kay’s knack for country hooks. “This song represents my lover-girl era,” she explains. “She is fun and pink and playful and thriving. Cupid is a cowgirl, and she knows exactly what she wants.”

The single arrives just ahead of her Cupid’s A Cowgirl Tour across the U.S. and Canada, followed by her All I’ve Ever Known U.K. & Europe Tour later this year. That tour leads her to the Bonnaroo farm on June 15 where you’ll get your chance to sing along to “Cupid’s A Cowgirl” in person!
