independent thoughts on indie rock, alternative, and indie pop music
Rocknite transformed JBJ’s into a multi-stage rock festival during CMA Fest, drawing packed crowds across multiple floors for a full day of music. From early standouts like Pressure Heaven, Kitty Coen, and Common People to evening highlights from Wynton Existing, Dexter and the Moonrocks, and Cage The Elephant, the event delivered discoveries, surprises, and nonstop energy from start to finish.
While CMA Fest dominates downtown Nashville, rocknite is bringing an alternative rock takeover to Broadway. Cage the Elephant, Dexter and The Moonrocks, and more than 25 artists will perform across three stages at the free all-day event.
Edgehill lean into a more immediate indie-rock groove on “Love To Go,” an early fan favorite tied to their debut album Ode To The Greyhouse.
Space Prom returns to Nashville with an expanded two-night run at Basement East, delivering costumed chaos, rotating guest performers, and an anything-can-happen cover-night party hosted by Nordista Freeze.
