The Deep Culture Summit is returning to Nashville on August 14, 2025, and itโs set to be an inspiring event. This yearโs summit will feature visionary speakers like Madame Gandhi, Tony Cho, and Prince Haru, who will explore sustainability, community, and the interconnectedness of human and planetary health.
Held just before the festival weekend at Studio 615, the summit will offer keynote speeches and panels focused on topics such as regenerative placemaking and biocultural regeneration. A highlight of the evening will be Madame Gandhiโs live performance, which will use recordings from endangered ecosystems, transforming climate data into powerful music.
This is an essential event for anyone interested in the intersection of sustainability and the arts, especially as Nashville continues to grow and face urban development challenges. Donโt miss this opportunity to be part of a global conversation on how we can heal both the planet and ourselves.

FEMME HOUSE Collaboration: Empowering Underrepresented Voices

In an exciting new collaboration, Deep Tropics has partnered with FEMME HOUSE to host two powerful on-site panels at the festival. The first panel, โBuilding Local Community,โ will feature Nashville-based trailblazers like Afrosheen, Girl Friday, and Kiana Nadine, discussing how femme and nonbinary artists are building inclusive, thriving music scenes from the ground up.
Later in the day, FEMME HOUSE will host the โCurating the Black Undergroundโ panel, led by Madame Gandhi and featuring Aluna, Ash Lauryn, and RaeCola. This conversation will delve into reclaiming Black roots in electronic music and the power of curating spaces with intentionality.
Additionally, FEMME HOUSE and Deep Tropics are teaming up with REVERB and Nalgene USA to create a custom reusable water bottle as part of the RockNRefill program. This collaboration helps reduce single-use plastic at the festival while supporting the water infrastructure and organizations like FEMME HOUSE and REVERB.
