What To Know About Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros:

You don’t need to be a Deadhead to know the name Bobby Weir. Everyone knows the band members of one of the most legendary groups of all time. However, most music fans will also know Weir for his other projects, both those connected to the Grateful Dead and as a solo artist. Formed in 2018, Bobby Weir & Wolf Bros features an all-star lineup of musical artists who play a wide cross-section of Weir’s works. In addition to the Wolf Bros, for his current concert tour, Weir is bringing along The Wolfpack–a string and bass quintet–to add to the already rich sound of his core band. In 2022, Bob Weir also released a 50th Anniversary Edition of his first album, Ace. We of course can’t see the future, but we anticipate several tracks from that record joining the Grateful Dead classics on the setlist for this upcoming show. The full Wolf Bros contingent can be heard on their two live album releases, which were recorded at Red Rocks in Colorado.
