Multi-city Re:Set Concert Series announces June 2023 stop in Nashville, TN. East of 8th has a full prevew:
What is the Re:Set Concert Series:
Brought to us by AEG Presents, the Re:Set Concert Series is touted as “a fresh take on the multi-artist outdoor concert.” The event is hitting 12 U.S. cities this summer, featuring the same headliners and supporting acts. Fortunately for us here in the Music City, Centennial Park in Nashville is one of its stops.
Who is performing at the Re:Set concerts in Nashville?
The lineup for the Nashville concert series is what originally caught our eye. Each night’s headliner offers something different: LCD Soundsystem is one of the top touring acts in the indie/electronic scene–a headliner big enough for any music festival in the country.
The supergroup, boygenius, is going to bring its strong emotional singer/songwriter vibes thanks to the talented membership of Julien Baker, Phoebe Bridgers, and Lucy Dacus.
Saturday’s headliner, Steve Lacy, is one of the fastest rising alternative R&B stars out there. His most recent concert in Nashville had people lined up hours ahead of time for his sold out show just to get the best spots.
The rest of the lineup has plenty to draw attention, including electronic DJ Jamie XX, the British rock band, IDLES, singer/songwriter lo-fi pop act Clairo, and many more!
When and where are the concerts:
The Nashville Re:Set concerts are being held June 23-25, 2023 near the Parthenon in Centennial Park. If you’re not from Nashville and want to look at other Re:Set destinations, you can look at their website here.
What makes the Re:Set Concert Series Different?
AEG has designed the concert series to be more artist and fan friendly. One example that stands out is that each day’s lineup is curated by that evening’s headliner. That is why each day feels like it was created with a theme: LCD Soundsystem’s Friday is electronic focused, Steve Lacy’s Saturday is full of genre bending R&B and pop, and boygenius’ Sunday is full of indie sounds.
Tickets are on sale now, starting at $99 per day or $250.00 for all three days, plus taxes and fees. There are also VIP options available that include an exclusive bar, bathroom, and viewing area. You can get more Re:Set concert series ticket information here. (Please note that the ticket prices are tiered and will increase as tickets sell).
